My name’s Danielle, I’m 27 and from the North East of England. I’m a freelance journalist and recent graduate of The University of Sheffield where I studied on the MA Magazine Journalism programme.
I launched bigredbackpack back in 2015 as the platform to share my experiences travelling from the UK to Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. I’ve recently revamped the website and sub-edited (with fresh eyes!) my content with the aim to (in the not-too-distant future) add more content… next up? Slovenia!
